Egg Rolls - Are they too unhealthy?

I really enjoy eating Egg Rolls, are they too unhealthy? Should I avoid them?

I love Egg Rolls too, thanks for sharing the great picture!
Because they prepared deep fried in oil, Egg Rolls are a great example of a "sometimes food". They aren't off-limits, but they shouldn't be eaten every day. At most, eat them here and there. Other examples of sometimes foods include waffles and pancakes.
